A man was found dead on April 9, 2026, trapped in the glass of a window at an evangelical church on Avenida Fernandes Bastos in Tramandaí, on the North Coast of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. According to police, the unidentified victim tried to break into the church to steal items but only managed to get part of his body through the window, becoming stuck. The cause of death has not yet been determined by the Instituto-Geral de Perícias (IGP). The body was discovered in the morning by neighbors who alerted authorities. The church pastor expressed sadness over the incident.
