Tragic Murder in Peru
In a horrifying incident in Peru, a 23-year-old woman was brutally murdered and dismembered by her cousin, known as J.H.H. The community was shocked by the discovery of human remains in a vacant lot, which were later confirmed to belong to the victim. Additional body parts were found in the area through forensic testing.
The young woman was strangled, had her throat slit, and was dismembered into three parts using a box cutter and a saw. The details of the crime have deeply affected residents. According to police reports, the suspect lured the victim to his room on April 16 with the intention of making sexual advances. When she refused, he attacked her, leading to her death and subsequent dismemberment.
Through testimonies from the victim’s close friends, authorities identified J.H.H. as the main suspect. Scratches on his face and chest were noted during his arrest, and he was found with the victim’s cell phone. He confessed to the crime during interrogation.

Tensions rose as some tried to enter the residence to harm the accused. Police had to use tear gas to disperse the crowd, but not before significant damage occurred, including the burning of two police motorcycles and vandalism of the detainee’s property.
