A woman was found hanging from an electric cable in what was initially believed to be a suicide. Investigations later determined it was a case of autoerotic death, which is quite rare among ladies. The woman had been masturbating while restricting oxygen to her body. Her foot accidentally slipped, leaving her hanging and resulting in her death.
