Report on the deaths of nine criminals in Nigeria following a police shooting
The police in Lagos State have verified the deaths of nine individuals believed to be involved in planning the kidnapping of wealthy people in the state. The State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, shared that law enforcement had been monitoring the group for eight months. Acting on information received a fortnight ago, the State Commissioner of Police, Adegoke Fayoade, dispatched tactical teams to disrupt the criminal organization. The police characterized the gang as extremely dangerous and well-known, underscoring that their actions were guided by reliable intelligence.
