A shocking video has emerged showing an acute schizophrenic patient who arrived at a tertiary general hospital in Veracruz, Mexico, seeking help to stop a psychotic attack. The man panicked in the reception hall and then slashed his own throat with glass fragments in a frenzied act. He died shortly afterward.
