A sexually motivated homicide in Chicago, Illinois, has been linked to erotophonophilia, a rare paraphilic disorder where murder itself triggers sexual arousal.
The victim was found with multiple stab wounds to the chest inflicted by a barbecue fork left embedded beneath the left breast, along with strangulation marks from a ligature and additional stab injuries to the neck caused by a dinner fork.
