Discovery of a Decapitated Head and Body Parts by the Roadside
In Buena Fe state, Los Ríos province, Ecuador, a man’s head was discovered close to a collection of garbage bags that held his dismembered body, which had been discarded on the roadside. The deceased individual was identified as being 39 years old.
