Youth Fatally Attacked in Calamar, Bolívar: Shocking Revelations Uncovered
In Calamar, Bolívar, a disturbing finding has stunned the community as the deceased body of 21-year-old David Villalba Jurado was located in a forested area on Monday, March 3, 2025. David, who had been missing since Sunday, March 2, met a horrific end, with authorities confirming that he was murdered by receiving multiple machete strikes.
David Villalba Jurado’s family took to social media on Sunday night to sound the alarm, sharing his image and contact information in a desperate plea for assistance. According to his family, David had departed his residence on the outskirts of Calamar that morning to transport his cousin, Manuel Mendoza, to town. After dropping off Mendoza, he was expected to return home but failed to do so. His unusual absence immediately raised concerns among his relatives, who contacted the authorities and initiated a search.
The search concluded tragically with the discovery of David’s remains in a remote wooded area known as El Playón, merely two kilometers from Calamar’s city center. The Bolívar Police revealed that David had suffered more than five severe machete wounds across his body. In a chilling revelation, investigators observed a specific mark on his back—a carved letter “S”—suggesting a potential message or signature left by the perpetrators.
