On Friday morning, February 28, 2025, residents of the Distrito Industrial 2 area in eastern Manaus made a gruesome discovery: a decapitated head amidst discarded materials in an open-air dump. Upon closer inspection, they found the rest of the dismembered body inside a fiber bag. The victim, a male aged between 25 and 30, with a medium complexion and short beard, remains unidentified. Some locals recall seeing him receiving bone donations from a nearby supermarket but couldn’t provide his name. Authorities have secured the scene and initiated an investigation.
